On Saturday we sponsored a local event called Westbesuch to showcase the fine (and under-appreciated) area of Plagwitz here in the West of Leipzig where the HQ resides. Pete my British comrade got the task of constructing a particularly epic 100m or so washing line stock full of Spreadshirt goods running from HQ to the street where all the exhibitors were (about 80 exhibitors in total).
Many more photos after the jump

Arty street shot.

Our stall was tricked out with pc, printer and press. So you could make a shirt on the site and watch the process in front of your hopefully very impressed eyes. It proved a popular concept and the team were really busy all day.

We threaded the shirts through the line to stop the less scrupulous members of society swiping our goods. It worked a treat. We managed to catch a few more would be shirt nappers in action though.

All the bastions of society were there, including the legendary Capt’ Plagwitz (”the Captain” to you). A local legend in these parts, here he is below posing for a quick shot with Ami

You can see the “Karl-Heine kapt’n” (Karl-Heine is the main street that runs through Plagwitz) shirts we had made in his honor. Lots of people took flyers, chatted with the team and found out more about the concept.
Now, we’ve reached the end of the line (literally, thanks for reading):
